   Yea! Blame the workers!! Rather than look at the lazy managers who dont know what their employees are doing, don’t measure productivity, and who provide rotten role models.

     This is not a list of causes, it is a list of symptoms. You’ll notice at the bottom workers give their reasons for underworking.
